Rob, one of the men on our table, fell
while on tour on Komodo Island yesterday.
Evidently, there were no wheel chairs on the island and when they got a
stretcher to carry him out, it broke.
His wife who is very tiny tried to carry him out but obviously could
not. He had to limp out in great
pain. He is now on crutches, but nothing
is broken. Six people fell on this tour
and one lady broke her ankle. Something
wrong with this particular excursion. We
are now back to our regular exercise and had a photo taken with our ballroom
dancing instructors. Josh looks like
John Rochester. What do you think,
Gab? Great entertainment tonight with three
of the staff, Jodie, Robbie and Renee performing in a pre-dinner show, a
post-dinner production, British Invasion, consisting of 60’s music and a late night jazz band extravaganza where
Andy Joy joined the band. All great fun. We went to a talk by Huck on Singapore. We have decided to catch the train and do our
own thing in Singapore, rather than do a ship’s tour. We are now in the Java Sea.
Follow us on the Sea Princess as we travel west around the world in 2019. We hope you enjoy the posts and photos. Bill and Barbara Healy
